Classes offered for March 2010:

An introduction to basic women's self defense will be offered in a class on Wednesday March 24th 7 pm to 9 pm (Wednesday class now full) and also on Sunday March 28 3pm to 5 pm at the Aikido Center, 1045 Pruitt Road, The Woodlands, Texas. Information will be presented on how to project a stronger image and improve awareness. Tips for avoiding problems will be discussed. Each student will have the opportunity to practice self defense techniques that include how to escape grasps, how to use the various parts of your body as a weapon, parts of the attacker's body to target, joint locks,  and effective strikes and kicks.

Please note that although the map shows Budde Road, the road actually is Pruitt Road at the point  - the name changes to Pruitt after the 90 degree turn. 1045 is on the left (last store in commercial complex) after the right hand turn on Budde where it turns into Pruitt.
